		<description>Its mid August and Im writing from Canada
This is my 3rd year eating my lawn from April until November.   Thanks to 
you now Ive discovered what to do with all those flower heads aside from making them in to wine.   Cant wait to try them.   
Ive only cut my lawn once this year... and I even felt guilty doing that.... I thought... what a waste!.
Im now discovering all kinds of other tasty lawn and forest treats.  I miss it if I dont get out at least once a day to forage.  I find the act meditative.
